Meet Peter

Dedicated to community-led outcomes

With over a decade of broad experience in the community and public sector much of my career has focused on bridging the gap between communities and decision makers for more intentional and impactful shared outcomes.

WildRoots Strategic is recognition of the influence of my background in landscaping that has guided my approach to navigating the interconnected and evolving complexity of communities. Being able to understand the dynamics of communities at all scales has been my greatest superpower as community generalist and specialist in public organisations.

What others have said

  • Peter has the ability to draw out the deepest thoughts of those who need the time to think through and process what is set out before them. He was able to enhance the thoughts and words on paper so that we collectively produced a new purpose statement which we all had input into and had ownership of.

Amanda Martin, arc Counselling General Manager

  • Our executive committee had new members and we asked Peter to facilitate a strategic refresh to bring the members together. Peter's lead was lively and engaging and enabled us to decide on five priorities that would deliver the most impact for our organisations vision. I feel we have made great progress in the six months since this meeting.
